Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt
Are you a Black Belt looking to expand your expertise?
Our Master Black Belt program will provide the candidate with an arsenal of knowledge and power to achieve greater savings and profitability for their company.
This course was developed to give the internal consultant/coach experience with additional in-dept topics spread across the DMAIC methodologies. It is intense but an exciting treatment of the more advanced SS tools and concepts.
Topics include:
- Advanced DOE
- Historical and transactional data applications
- High throughput testing
- Multiple response optimizations
- Design for SS applications
Course Materials
Participants receive the following materials which are integrated and used throughout the class:
- Master Black Belt Participant Guide
Textbooks:
- Knowledge Based Management
- Basic Statistics: Tools for Continuous Improvement
- Understanding Industrial Designed Experiments
Software:
Prerequisites
- BB certification through AAA or other approved provider is required. If the certifier is other than AAA, a solid DOE background is strongly recommended. A knowledge assessment is required and a review of their BB project if BB training was not taken through AAA.
- Participants must bring a laptop computer to class loaded with Excel 2010 (or newer) to enable the installation of the supplied software for use during in-class exercises
Certification
Students may certify as an Air Academy Associates MBB – DMAIC by completing a major DMAIC project and submitting the required project documentation to Air Academy Associates.
