BASIC TRIZ (Theory of Inventive Problem Solving)

This 3-day course provides the basic problem solving techniques from the TRIZ methodology. This method utilizes a leading edge process designed to overcome psychological bias normally found present in the problem solving process. The Ideal Final Result is provided to guide the problem solving process so that compromise may be avoided and innovative solutions generated. The practitioners are taught an innovative problem solving roadmap that brings a systematic and structured approach to innovation.
