Six Sigma Certification

SIX SIGMA CERTIFICATION PROGRAM

Air Academy Associates offers classroom-based Six Sigma training certification as described below.

CLASSROOM BASED-CERTIFICATION:

Six Sigma certification is available at the Green Belt, Black Belt and Master Black Belt levels through our in-house training or through our open enrollment program. Registration fees for our open enrollment program Green Belt, Black Belt, and Master Black Belt training may be found here.   For pricing for in-house training and consulting, contact a Business Development representative.

The basic requirements for certification are:


            1) successful completion of the appropriate training which has been provided
                at least partially by Air Academy Associates,

            2) passing an online test, and

            3) one or two projects in an acceptable format which are reviewed and evaluated
                by Air Academy Associates University staff members.

The training required for Green Belt certification is typically two weeks of topic coverage; four
weeks of training including DOE topics are required for Black Belt certification.

            Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification requirements and process

MBB certification requirements may be partially met by successful completion of any one of the following 5 to 7 day classes:

            1) Train-the-trainer (8 days)

            2) Advanced MBB topics (5 days)
