ORDERING OPTIONS



Six Sigma Products Group, Inc., sister company to Air Academy Associates, provides fulfillment services for Air Academy product orders.  Checks and Purchase Orders used for payment should be in the name of Six Sigma Products Group, Inc.  Credit cards will also be processed by Six Sigma Products Group, Inc.

Following are options for placing orders for software, textbooks, and training aids (and training manuals for those eligible to purchase) for delivery within the U.S.:

    1.  Six Sigma Products Group and Air Academy Associates are housed in the same suite of 
         offices making it easy for us to connect you with the right person to assist you with your 
         order.   You may call the Customer Service Departments of either entity Monday through 
         Friday  between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Mountain Time to place a phone 
         order:

        or you may

                   2.    complete and Submit an Order Form electronically, or

                   3.    print and fax an Order Form to Customer Service at  719 785-6758 (SSPG) or to 
                          719 531-0778 (Air Academy).                     

We recommend for international orders that purchasers contact a Customer Service representative so that we may insure proper handling of the order through Customs.  We also recommend that expedited shipments be discussed with our Customer Service Department. 

Clients who are utilizing Air Academy student and/or instructor guides to support training in-house should contact their Air Academy Business Development representative or our Customer Service Department to place an order.
