MASTER BLACK BELT CERTIFICATION PROCESS

“Unleashing the Power of Knowledge . . . We believe that only through continued learning and the application of proven methodologies can today’s companies gain the knowledge required to sustain leading positions in world  technology, production and service.  Our goal is to provide the tools to accomplish this task.”

An integral part of this mission has been to provide Six Sigma training both in-house to our clients and at our facility in Colorado Springs.  To ensure that our Master Black Belts are credible trainers, mentors and problem-solvers, providing return-on-investment to their employers, Air Academy Associates has developed a set of certification criteria for Black Belts and Master Black Belts.

As Black Belts look for ways to expand their expertise and become Master Black Belts, they often find that different avenues are available within their company.  Some will focus on training, while others will become internal consultants to the current set of Black Belts. Consequently,  Air Academy Associates has developed a dual option for Master Black Belts.  The Six Sigma Master/Train-the-Trainer session or the Six Sigma Master Black Belt course, in conjunction with other requirements, may lead to certification as a Master Black Belt by Air Academy Associates.
