GREEN BELT CERTIFICATION PROCESS

Our Mission:

“Unleashing the Power of Knowledge . . . We believe that only through continued learning and the application of proven methodologies can today’s companies gain the knowledge required to sustain leading positions in world  technology, production and service.  Our goal is to provide the tools to accomplish this task.”

An integral part of this mission has been to provide Green Belt training both in-house to our clients and at our facility in Colorado Springs.  To ensure that our trained Green Belts are credible problem-solvers, providing return-on-investment to their employers, Air Academy Associates has developed a set of certification criteria for Green Belts.

For the Green Belt, the certification process is one that will recognize those who have completed the Green Belt training program and proven themselves in the application of Six Sigma methodologies.  For the employer, certification will distinguish those with the ability to lead the company in attaining world class status by delivering higher value to the customer while simultaneously increasing corporate margins and increasing market share.
